Day14.
Hot cycle ride from Radom to Lublin a distance of 74 miles in temperatures around the mid 30s still everyone has been so generous with sponsorship we have got to suffer a bit! Crossed the River Wisla at Pulawy and then cycled down the river for a bit. We noticed very fertile soil here and were amused to see hop gardens!
Another record broken today- our longest cycle ride John O'Groats to Land's End 1078 miles has been exceeded today total so far on this ride 1086!

Well done. I wish I could think of another celebratory message. In such awe of you guys and gals. Well today is the day you meet up with Alan and Pauline at Chelm. I hope the crossing into Ukraine is uneventful. And if you lose internet connection therefore unable to get messages via the blog I hope the last stage of your journey will be a safe and exciting one. Liz and Garry, hope you enjoy your return trip. Love and prayers. Linda xx

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on setting up yet another record, and on keeping going despite the heat.
(For Jamie - it did rain a little bit here last night) We are thinking about you specially as you meet up tonight.
We'll keep our prayers going as you keep the pedals turning.
